How do I register for a remote access account using a Registration ID and Password?

To access the product remotely by using a registration ID and password follow the below steps. They are also detailed in our Registration Guide.

Please note: Before you start the activation process, make sure you have completely logged out of ClinicalKey Student. Check whether your name appears in the upper-right corner when you are into ClinicalKey Student. If it does, click 'My Account' in the upper-right corner of the screen, and then click 'Log out'.

1. Go to the Registration ID Redemption page by clicking the link below. (If the link takes you to the home page instead of the Redemption page, log out and try again.)

   • www.clinicalkey.com/student/nursing/register
2. Enter the registration ID and password provided by your administrator.
   Please note: The registration ID and password can be redeemed only once. After completion of this step, they become invalid.
3. Click 'Continue'.
4. To complete the process, you must now either log in with your existing username and password or register.

   • You can also log in with your username and password for another Elsevier product (e.g. Scopus and ScienceDirect).
   • If you do not have a username and password, click 'Register'. Complete the required fields on the form and then click 'Register'.

After completing these steps, you can access the site from any location and from any device with your username and password.
